• move to an error state if the call errors out

  • do not try to insert conference in database if scheduler is in an error state

  Chat Message:

  • remove messages from the transient list if they are in one of the following state:
    • NotDelivered
    • Delivered
    • DeliveredToUser
    • Displayed
