Fix MS2 tests, add them to MR CI testing
also fix msRecorder.
This MR adds OpenH264 to the tunnel/PQ SDK build and run the mediastreamer tests on this build. It also add the recorder and video call suites to the Tunnel/PQ liblinphone test run.
