Fix Mac build and its use from application.

• Add "Macos" into LINPHONESDK_BUILD_TYPE for toolchains.
• Add missing include on common platform configuration.
• Belcard: Link belcard with belr and bctoolbox frameworks.
• Liblinphone: Link with frameworks if it is doable.
• Install SDK into the install folder and not into the build folder.
• Homogenization installation based on platform name instead of hard name.
• Fix compressed folder with absolute path. Only relative path should be inside zip.
