- Add "Macos" into LINPHONESDK_BUILD_TYPE for toolchains.
- Add missing include on common platform configuration.
- Belcard: Link belcard with belr and bctoolbox frameworks.
- Liblinphone: Link with frameworks if it is doable.
- Install SDK into the install folder and not into the build folder.
- Homogenization installation based on platform name instead of hard name.
- Fix compressed folder with absolute path. Only relative path should be inside zip.
