GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Please review your personal access tokens, project access tokens, and group access tokens to ensure you are aware of upcoming expirations. liblinphone: Event handlers only exists if the SDK is compiled with ENABLE_ADVANCED_IM and ENABLE_XERCES set to ON or YES

belle-sip: Wrap 'mime_parameter_is_static' around #ifdef as it is only used if BELLE_SDP_FORCE_RTP_MAP is defined
