MSMFoundation: add a blackilist for requested video formats that doesn't work.

It allows configure_video_source() to do a synchronous set/get. If not, it will try to set an old unsupported preview size (that is changed by the video controller quality) each time. Reminder : MSMFoundation is asynchronous.
