Doc: Remove obsolete dependency to qtquickcontrols2

The documentation module for Qt Quick Controls 2 is now named simply
'qtquickcontrols'. Remove the obsolete dependency, and leave out the
dependency to the (now deprecated) Qt Quick Controls 1 docs.
