Pixel size change was not signalled upon start causing HiDPI displays to
show incorrect rendering. Also fixed the signalling to occur when correct
OpenGL context has been made current.

At least on windows, trying to create a context with 0 alpha bits and
8 bits for other colors creates a context with 8 alpha bits.

The models were too optimized. Since each face converging at one vertex
could have different texture coordinates, we need to make vertices
of each face unique, so that we can have unique texture coordinates
for each of them. Naturally this increases the rendered vertex count
significantly, but at least the textures are now mapped correctly.

ReadPixels always read from renderFbo if context had antialiasing
specified.

Also added buffer initialization to zero so pixels that fall outside
the framebuffer contain correct value.

WebGL spec states: "If framebuffer is null, the default framebuffer
provided by the context is bound." Thus there is no need the check if
