The new documentation style for publishing docs under qt.io
requires dedicated div classes for pages that use a three-
column layout.

The new divs enable the columns to stack and react to changes
in the window width.

As part of the new online style, each page has a sidebar with
links to common topics - the same content as on the Qt reference
documentation (index) page.

Switch the order of the topics on the sidebar, based on Google
Analytics feedback. Most-used links are from the 'Reference'
category, so raise that one to the top.

This commit adds the raw .html file into /style, which is then
loaded dynamically by the template code.

When you use the ANDROID_DEPLOYMENT_DEPENDENCIES variable, you
are technically overriding the whole library selection procedure
with your own. This is made as a fail safe, so there is as little
magic as conveniently possible. This means that the order of the
listed libraries is significant.

The developers should know the two different options they
have, if they want to use OpenSSL features in their
application. Also mentioned about the QSslSockect static
member functions that can be used to query the target for

The QML_CONSOLE_EXTENDED environment variable is gone since Qt 5.0.
Additional metadata is now available through standard means, e.g.

QT_MESSAGE_PATTERN=%{file}:%{line} %{message}

logs file, line information also for JS console statements.
